This is a single pierced stud with chain and grip cuff.

Only one piercing needed as cuff does not require a piercing on top of ear. 

Please note this is one earring only, not a matching pair.
If you want a matching pair, please purchase two items. However please note that due to the way the cuff is attached to the chain it is sometimes not possible for the opposite side to sit correctly.
